Safety Tips

These are general safety tips but the user has to personally take care to make the transaction safe.

For Item-owners:

• Make the rental agreement, if possible.
• Photo ID and address proof should be checked to verify the rentee’s identity.
• Some deposit amount is advisable to secure yourself in the transaction.
• Try to upload the actual images of the item with the description about the item to avoid misunderstanding and update the add time to time.

For Rentees:

• In case of rental agreement, please check all the terms carefully.
• Verify the reputation/credit of the item-owner.
• Learn how to use the item, the points to take care of and the features of the item.
• Check the product carefully before accepting. If you find any defect in the item, discuss it with the item-owner to avoid post conflicts.
